At Owens Business inkjet supplies, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with everything you buy from us,so that’s why we will gladly accept any item for return within 30 days, as long as it is unopened and unused and with a valid RMA number. Items that can not be returned are:

• Ink cartridges that are opened
• Photo paper once opened
